Katherine Poulin has lived a life of horses!
Trying to consider all the elements necessary to be successful in the horse business, can be an overwhelming endeavor. Whether you’re just getting started or have been in the business for years and are looking for ways to expand and evolve; I can help you with your goals using the knowledge and experience I’ve gained through years of trial and error building my business. I have lived a life or horses; it’s literally in my blood. My lifetime passion involving all aspects of horsemanship !
Barn Management Consulting:
Managing all aspects of your farm can be hard and unique. My background in farm management includes an old working farm in Maine with 32 horses to my seasonal barns in Florida with 10 horses. I can help you organize a schedule for running your unique farm, creating a budget for boarding etc.
Horsemanship Consulting:
Need helping at the mounting block? How about how to prep your trailer and truck for a show or long trek south? I can help you navigate and plan your routes.
Bridle not fitting right? Is your horse having skin issues after clipping? Want product recommendations? Horsemanship Consulting consists of anything horses!
Team Building Consulting:
One of the hardest part of the equine business is not working with the horses but working with the people.
45 years of working with clients, clinicians, farriers, vets, vendors and colleagues has helped me develop my interpersonal skills.
